Air Nozzle Anti-Static Bars ATS-NZ-AIR generates an electrical field ionizing the air molecules to (+) and (-) ions so that (+) and (-) ions within a distance of 1000 mm are balanced and product is accordingly neutralized. Accordingly damages due to static electricity is prevented. Deteriorating static charges generated during production are accordingly neutralized. It offers effective static elimination solution focusing on sensitive areas.Taking the advantages of Classical Antistatic Bars, Air Nozzle Antistatic bars increase the air movement up to 1000 mm by means of nozzles. Another advantage of air nozzle antistatic bars is that it helps preventing dust collection under dusty environments for materials such as film, pvc, glass. Even the pins are incidentally touched by hand, it does not create any electrical shocks giving damage to human health. There is no need for calibration, easy to clean and usage.
