GENERAL FEATURES
Antistatic Bar ATS-HV-EN generate a surrounding electrical field ionizing the air molecules to (+) and (-) ions so that (+) and (-) ions within a distance of 700 mm are neutralized for static electricity elimination. Accordingly damages that may be caused by static electricity are prevented. Another advantage of static eliminator bars is that electrical shocks,explosion and fire risk as well as dust collection is prevented. ATS Series ionizing bars is an antistatic ionizer neutralizing the static charges over the materials increasing quality and efficiency in production.ATS-HV-EN anti static ionizer bars can be considered as ionizer bars that are designed to neutralize undesired static charges generated during production. Even the pins of static ionizing bars are accidentally touched by hand, electrical shocks giving damage to human health are prevented. ATS-HV-EN electrostatic eliminator bars (anti-static ionzier bar) do not require calibration. Maintenance and cleaning is easy. Thanks to static neutralizer bars manufacturing machinery can operate safely and make high quality production long terms without any problem. Static neutralizing bars are used by various industries.
